I agree with the following conditions regarding the use of the CrossKnowledge Solutions eLearning Material. Under no circumstances shall I allow use of the CrossKnowledge Solutions by anyone other than myself or allow use of the CrossKnowledge Solutions to perform services for, or to otherwise provide the benefit of the CrossKnowledge Solutions to, a third party. Under no circumstances shall I (1) access or attempt to access or permit others to access the hardware portion of the CrossKnowlege Solutions, (2) remove, modify, or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices that are contained in or on the CrossKnowledge Solutions (3) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software portion of the CrossKnowledge Solutions or any element thereof. I also agree to treat the AIMC Reference Material as being proprietary to the AIMC and not to be used for any other purpose without the expressed written permission of the AIMC Executive Director. I do hereby indemnify AIMC for any and all liability of any nature and in any manner related to and/or arising from my failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement, said indemnification to include all attorney’s fees in addition to damages, said attorney’s fees to include those incurred on appeal and/or in any bankruptcy proceeding.

No Registration Fee will be processed until eLearning Program Access has been successfully obtained, and technical assistance is available if there is any difficulty in doing so. Once access has been provided, no refunds will be permitted.
