CORE CONSULTING SKILLS
This digital learning-based, self paced, comprehensive consulting capability program is organized around our Competency Model with eight modules and access to a wealth of supporting material from our extensive best practice knowledge base and an e-Learning library of more than 10,000 entries – resulting in a Core Consulting Skills Certification (CCSC). The target audience is consultants with relatively little formal training in all of these competency areas, others in client support roles (such as IT, HR, QM & Project Mgmt) plus general management wanting to develop these skills to be more effective. CONSULTING VALUE REALIZATION
This 4-day training and case study development program (in partnership with the ROI Institute) provides a comprehensive approach to demonstrating increased value from consulting projects, including both quantitative and qualitative return on investment techniques. The target audience is more experienced consultants who want to increase the impact of their practice areas and associated programs – resulting in a Certified Performance Consultant (CPC) Certification.
